Automated email reminders for overdue payments (15+ days since document submission)
Email Configuration
SMTP credentials required to send email reminders
SMTP not configured. Add SMTP credentials in Settings to enable email reminders.
Routing Rules:
- Insurance jobs → [email protected]
- VA jobs → [email protected]
- Reminders sent for jobs 15+ days overdue (not paid)
- Maximum 1 reminder per job every 7 days
